Parent Survey: Planning for Fall 2020
In order to plan for the upcoming school year, it is important for us to hear from our parents and guardians. While there is still much uncertainty about the guidelines schools will be required to comply with in August, we would appreciate your input as we continue to plan for the upcoming year.

We request that you submit a separate survey for each child enrolled in our schools. Survey results will remain anonymous and will not commit you to an academic path for the upcoming year.
